Eli Singalovski (b. 1984, St. Petersburg, Russia) is a visual artist that lives and works in Tel Aviv, Israel and Hamburg, Germany. He received a B.F.A. from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem in 2014 and he is currently an MA student at the HFBK, Hamburg.
He is a recipient of several awards and scholarships, among them the Israeli Minister of Culture Award in the field of Visual Arts for the year 2021, the Lauren and Mitchell Presser Photography Award for a Young Israeli Artist for the year 2019, The EPSON Award for excellence in the art of photography (Israel) and the Stiftung Künstlerdorf Schöppingen fellowship program (Germany).
