Eli Singalovski (b. 1984, St. Petersburg, Russia) is a visual artist that lives and works in Tel Aviv, Israel and Hamburg, Germany. He received a B.F.A. from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem in 2014 and he is currently an MA student at the HFBK, Hamburg.
He is a recipient of several awards and scholarships, among them the Lauren and Mitchell Presser Photography Award for a Young Israeli Artist for the year 2019, The EPSON Award for excellence in the art of photography (Israel) and the Stiftung Künstlerdorf Schöppingen fellowship program (Germany).


His work has been showcased in solo and group exhibitions at various locations, including The Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv, Israel; The Israel Museum, Jerusalem, Israel; Feinberg Projects Gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel; The Negev Museum, Beer-Sheva, Israel; Berlin Art Week, Berlin, Germany; Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf, Germany; Haifa City Museum, Haifa, Israel; Litvak Contemporary Gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel. His works are also in various public and private collections worldwide, including The Tel Aviv Museum of Art, The Israel Museum, Jerusalem, Israel; Ha’aretz Israeli Art Collection, Tel Aviv, Israel; The Rosette Delug Collection, Los Angeles, California.
